GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

International Journal of Law, Commerce and Management (IJLCM) welcomes original, innovative, and high-quality research contributions from academicians, researchers, professionals, and scholars worldwide. Authors are requested to follow the guidelines below while preparing and submitting their manuscripts.

Originality of Manuscript

Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is original, unpublished, and not under review by any other journal. The research work should provide meaningful contributions to the fields of Law, Commerce, Business, Management, Economics, and related disciplines.

Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare their manuscripts in clear and concise English language. The manuscript should be properly organized and include relevant sections such as:

  • Author(s) Details and Affiliation
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Literature Review
  • Research Methodology
  • Results and Findings
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • References

Author Information

Authors should provide accurate details including full name, institutional affiliation, email address, and other relevant information during submission. All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research work.

Abstract and Keywords

Each manuscript should include a clear and informative abstract highlighting the purpose, methodology, major findings, and conclusion of the research. Authors should provide relevant keywords that represent the main concepts of the study.

References and Citations

Authors must ensure that all sources used in the manuscript are properly cited. References should follow a consistent citation style and all cited works should be included in the reference list.

Ethical Requirements

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research follows ethical standards. Any form of plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate submission, or unethical research practice is strictly prohibited.

Conflict of Interest and Funding Disclosure

Authors must disclose any potential conflict of interest, financial support, or funding sources related to their research at the time of manuscript submission.

Peer Review and Revision
