Plagiarism and Unethical Practices
International Journal of Law, Commerce and Management (IJLCM) considers the following practices as plagiarism or academic misconduct:
- Unoriginal Content: Submission of copied or substantially similar content from existing publications without proper acknowledgment.

Plagiarism Detection and Review Process
All submitted manuscripts may be checked using appropriate plagiarism detection tools during the editorial review process. Manuscripts containing significant plagiarism or unethical practices may be rejected without further review.
Actions Against Plagiarism
If plagiarism or any form of research misconduct is identified before or after publication, the journal reserves the right to take appropriate action, including manuscript rejection, withdrawal, correction, or retraction of the published article depending on the seriousness of the violation.
